Just swallow it whole and break it down with your gizzard. What’s the big deal?

  2. OnlyCelebration7443

Mitch Hedberg’s “cow with a cracker” comes to mind

    “would you like anything else?”

“yes, a loaf of bread and some other people”

  4. Individual_Grape_243

I really don’t see how you could physically eat that as a sandwich unless you’re shaggy Roger’s

I really don’t get this point of this. The bread looks good so if the ingredients can stand on their own, why do a le epic meat time sandwich when you can have a well balanced sandwich instead?

  6. Mysterious_Home3946

Who needs bread can just individually wrap things in the meat

Same idea as big pub burger vs flat smash burger. Gimme the shit thay doesnt require me to unhinge my jaw or deconstruct and use utensils to eat

Ditch the bread, split the ham and use it as the bread

  9. TrafficOnTheTwos

Nope I have eaten this sandwich and it’s amazing lol

  10. Stupid for getting bologna instead of corned beef or pastrami. Stupider for paying almost $18 for a wad of bologna on a sandwich.

If I was 15 I’d be like yep in my mouth but at my age now I find I can’t eat big meals so less is more and this would just make me vomit tbh as the ham to cheese ratio is insane but anyway just 2 slices of ham and cheese and some lettuce and tomato does me.

  12. Technical_Resist5934

I’m sure it’s good but my god I don’t know how to even start that sandwich.

  13. That’s defo outside the bread to meat to cheese ratio.

There is nothing stupid food about that deli, it’s one of the best there is! I used to go there with my late father. I miss good deli, live in the Boston region now, they are clueless in this regard.

  15. What the heck? Unless you are part snake, capable of unhinging your jaw… how are you supposed to eat that?

The thumbnail made me think it was Wellington at first.

Everything about this sandwich looks like the worst way you could come up with to make a corned beef one.

  18. willfauxreal

I would just put 2/3rds of that meat into my purse for later.

  19. This is how i imagine a pastrami sandwich in the US versus what we get here in Poland, which is like a slice, maybe two at most and lots of bread

  20. Old_Dependent_2147

As fan of bologna i am strongly disagree with you, sir!

Here, take this wad of meat.

I’ll throw in this lettuce, bread, and cheese too.

So much salt in that processed meat it would blow out your veins from the bp

This is actual stupid food not like this TikTok bs where it’s like ooh look I fried a mayonnaise pie in motor oil it’s totally part of my normal diet and not some shit I make up for views.

the most important ingredient to a sandwhich is air, is what comes to mind first

This is how they make sandwiches at the Carnegie Deli in New York City. They’re infamous for making ridiculously huge sandwiches piled with meat.

When I was younger, up into my late teens, there was a place around us where they made sandwiches the same way. Two slices of rye bread with this absurd pile of meat in the middle.

No, one could figure out how they could afford it, because you could buy a pound of roast beef on two slices of bread for like three dollars. We always figured they were up front for an illegal gambling business.

Their corned beef specials were my absolute favorite.

You would see mothers come in there all the time to buy one or two sandwiches. And they would take them home and feed their entire family by breaking them down and making four or five sandwiches out of each one.
